By visiting the Site, subscribing to emails, or buying materials from the Site, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
2. What the Site provides
- Free content: publicly available research articles and analysis
- Email subscription: optional updates — you can unsubscribe at any time
- Paid materials: research reports in PDF format
3. Licence for paid materials
Once you buy a report, you may:
- read, save and print it for yourself;
- share it within your own team or company;
- quote from its content or data in your own writing, presentation or teaching, with attribution to neorayhut.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense or otherwise redistribute the report as a commercial product;
- repackage it, rename it, or otherwise present it as your own product or service for sale;
- use it to train, fine-tune or build AI models or datasets for commercial purposes.
Beyond these restrictions, your use of a report you have bought is not limited.
4. Delivery
After payment, a download link is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Please download and save the file promptly.
Delivery is complete once the link has been successfully sent to your purchase email address.

6. Intellectual property
Copyright in the articles, charts, data compilations and PDF reports on this Site belongs to RAY.
Founder names, project names and published business figures quoted in articles and reports remain the property of their respective owners. They are quoted only to the extent needed to discuss what those people have shared publicly.

Content on this Site is compiled and analysed from material that founders have published publicly. It is research and opinion. It does not constitute:
- investment, financial, tax or legal advice;
- a judgement or recommendation about the commercial prospects of any specific project;
