1. Scope
This policy applies to digital materials purchased from this site, such as PDF research reports.
2. When a refund is available
You can request a full refund if both of the following apply:
- You ask within 14 days of purchase; and
- You have not yet received the access or download link.
3. When a refund is not available
- The access or download link has already been sent to your purchase email address — delivery is complete;
- You have already downloaded or viewed the material.
4. Your statutory rights are unaffected
If the material has a defect — for example the file is corrupted and will not open, the content differs materially from its description, or the download link fails and I cannot fix it — you may request a refund or a replacement, regardless of the time limits and delivery conditions in sections 2 and 3.
This is a right you have under law. This policy does not, and cannot, exclude it.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@neorayhut.com with:
- the email address you used to purchase;
- your order number or payment receipt;
- the reason for your request.
6. Processing time
I will reply within 5 business days of receiving your request.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. How long the money takes to arrive depends on the payment provider — typically 5–10 business days.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The version that applies to you is the one shown on this site at the time of your purchase.
